    Excellent question! And in some scenarios a service like this would be overkill, but for the right customer it makes total sense. FeedBACC is for those who don't have the time to run their own survey, first of all, and secondly the manual work of seasoned experts is required to launch our surveys. Without a doubt, these aren't your stale, simplistic surveys of old.

    Our surveys are juggernauts, organic and evolving conversations that get results others can't due to extreme personalization, custom funnels and the accelerated efficiency of automation. Customers enjoy our surveys, which is why it's so easy for them to complete instead of old surveys that feel more like homework.     The short answer is no. We do guarantee a result, just maybe not what you would expect. Our proprietary software platform monitors our outreach efforts from end-to-end. We can report back things like:

    1. Whether the initial engagement request was seen or not.
    2. Whether the recipient acted on the call to action and chose to engage.
    3. How far recipients make it through the funnel, how long they spend on each survey, each question, and much more.

Everything can't be accomplished using our proprietary software, as powerful as it is. Crafting the outreach copy, and putting together the action plan for you to approve, for example, costs real money and can't be refunded no-questions asked. Of course there are special considerations for extenuating circumstances, but we’re confident that our detailed campaign strategy will make moving forward a simple decision.

    Once you have been presented with the campaign strategy that is the point in time to make the decision. If you are happy with the strategy and your experience to that point and decide to keep moving forward, GREAT. After we get the green light from you we’ll start working on the outreach copy for the campaign.     That depends completely on your goals. It could be 2 weeks, 2 months, or even longer depending on what it is you’re trying to uncover. We can say that it will take a week, roughly, to get the campaign started once you’ve signed up. From that point forward your turnaround time is completely dependent on the complexity of your goals as the only thing left to do is execute the campaign.

    Your pricing is mostly based on how many funnels you need designed and executed, and to a lesser degree on the size of your customer list. We’ll figure it all out and make it crystal clear in your free consultation – so let’s get started.

  • Can I use this service to perform cold emailing to a list I’ve purchased (or scraped) for the purposes of performing market research (or a similar activity)?

    ABSOLUTELY NOT. Under no circumstances should a purchased list be used by this service. If we are made aware of the "customer list" you provided to us has been purchased, you will be a violation of the terms of service and your account will be immediately terminated without a refund.

    This service is only for businesses with an existing/established audience, be it a list of actual customers or prospects/leads that have OPTED IN to you contacting them. If you feel like you may be in a grey area, or just have general questions about this, don’t hesitate to bring them up during your free consult.

  • You’re asking me to hand over a list of customer data, how secure is it and why should I trust you with it?

    As per our privacy policy, any information exchanged between us will remain between us; you have our word on that. And formalities aside, what goes on between you and your customers is, frankly, no one’s businesses but yours. At every point in the process your data is secure: the initial export of your customer list will be delivered via Dropbox, instead of sent via email. Once that data is uploaded into our proprietary software it is stored in a database with enterprise level security measures in place. All communication with our software is handled via 256bit SSL security certificate.

  • If you are doing the outreach on my behalf, how do I know the messaging being conveyed to MY audience meets our standards?

    Because you will see exactly what we are going to do before we do it. Part of the initial virtual kick-off/discovery meeting is about us understanding who you are targeting (because speaking to everyone, speaks to no one) as that will significantly change the language of the outreach. The campaign will not begin execution until you’ve signed off on both parts of the action plan.

    Part of the discovery deliverable will be the following:

    1. The campaign strategy: It will contain the questions that will be asked in the language that we plan to ask it.
    2. The outreach copy: It will contain the exact copy we plan to use in the outreach efforts be it email, SMS message, or otherwise.
  • Can the data gathered by this service be integrated with an external system?

    It can, but only if you opt for the Subscription; the 1-time offering does not qualify. We are not interested in being your System of Record, the purpose of our service is to enhance your existing data set. We currently do not have a public API so we take integrations on a "case-by-case" basis.     A funnel consists of an audience definition, multiple conversation topics, and an outreach schedule for each of those topics that have been organized in a way to most efficiently touch your audience at the right time, with the right request.   • What is a conversation topic, and what all does it involve?

    A topic is just a small collection of interdependent questions, generally one or two “anchor” questions and 1 or 2 questions that support the anchor. A conversation is a collection of related topics. The best way to think about a Conversation is the same as a traditional survey, but instead of having a singular list of questions, the questions are appropriately grouped and each group is served up as it’s own “micro-survey”.
